Do you want to lead one of Falun's most important project operations during a period of high investment rates? We are now looking for a Project Manager for our power grid operations. Here, you will be responsible for driving and developing a project portfolio of approximately 100 MSEK per year and leading a team that plans, engineers, prepares, and documents all power grid projects.

This is the role for you if you enjoy working close to the operations, have broad experience with contracting projects, and thrive with many contact points, both internal and external.

Work as Group Manager for Projects
As Project Manager, you are responsible for ensuring that the power grid project portfolio is planned, executed, and completed according to budget, schedule, and quality. You will become the hub between employees, internal interfaces, and contractors, playing a central role in developing working methods, structures, and methods for an efficient and modern project operation.

Your assignment includes:
• Plan, control, and follow up on a project portfolio of approx. 80 projects per year of varying sizes
• Lead and develop a team of six employees working with planning, engineering, preparation, land agreements, permits, grid calculations, and documentation
• Ensure that planning at seasonal, monthly, and weekly levels functions and that projects are clearly communicated and anchored regarding resource needs
• Lead project management from start to finish, including time, economy, risk management, quality, experience feedback, and work environment.
• Be responsible for coordinating field work performed by external contractors
• Drive and follow up on contracting agreements

You have full budget responsibility for the group, are part of the department's management team, and report directly to the Head of Power Grid & Urban Grid.

Your Profile
We are looking for an experienced project manager or project director with broad competence in contracting, field work, and project management. You are structured, clear, and used to leading both people and projects. You have a natural ability to create order in complex environments, coordinate resources, and ensure functioning planning in daily life.

We are looking for someone who has:
• Relevant higher education or experience deemed equivalent
• Several years of experience with personnel, budget, and operational responsibility
• Several years of experience with contracting or infrastructure projects
• Good experience and understanding of contracting agreements
• Good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both orally and in writing
• B driving license

It is an advantage if you have:
• Experience from power grid projects, energy companies, or other equivalent technical infrastructure
• Experience of EBR (Electricity Supply Act) and industry standards for power grid construction
• Knowledge of BAS-P and BAS-U and work environment responsibility in projects
• Knowledge of power distribution systems, cable laying, or station construction
• Experience with NIS systems and digital working methods
